ADJECTIVE CLAUSE

Adjective Clause adalah klause/anak kalimat yang berfingsi sebagai adjective (menerangkan kata benda)
1. Sebagai pengganti subject
- The boy is an engineer
He wears a white halmet
 The boy who wears a white helmet is an engineer.
- The headmaster talked to the boy.
The boy broke the school rules for many times.
 The headmaster talked to the boy who broke the school rules for many times.
2. Sebagai pengganti Object.
- The teacher gave me a bunch of flowers
I helped him with his experiment last month.
 The teacher whom I helped with his experiment last month gave me a bunch of flowers.
- The students are looking for the librarian.
The head master is sitting beside her.
 The students are looking for the librarian whom the head master is sitting beside.

3. Sebagai pengganti milik/kepunyaan.
- The girl is very arrogant.
Her mother is a very famous actrees
 The girl whose mothers is a very famous actrees is very arrogant.
- Do you know the sick baby
Her mother is avery busy woman
 Do you know the sick baby whose mother is a very busy woman.
4. Sebagai pengganti kata benda/binatang
- My mother hit the dog.
It barket all the night
 my mother hit the dog which barked all the night.
- Can you see the aeroplane ?
My parrents are in that aeroplane.
 Can you see the aeroplane in which my parrents are ?
