Nature has provided natural means to so the mind and the body. Herbal remedies for sleeplessness have been used for centuries. Valerian root, for example, lessens irritability and excitement in the nervous system by rebuilding frayed nerve endings. Skullcap produces a peacefully drowsy feeling and is a delicious break from stimulating hot caffeine drinks at night. Other valuable herbs for relaxing include hop, yellow, jasmine, and lady slipper. Herbs also offer the advantage of containing important vitamins and minerals. Which further increase their benefit to your general mental and physical health.

We are already using up our fossil fuel reserves of coal, oil, and natural gas. These fuels took millions of years to create. They are our precious capital and can never be replaced. By linking the same energy network which powers the weather and climate, we might be able to use the sun, wind, waves and tides to help satisfy our energy needs. There are renewable sources. Hurricanes generally occur in the North Atlantic from May through November, with the peak of the hurricane season in September, only rarely will they occur from December through April in that part of the ocean. The main reason for the occurrence of hurricanes during this period is that the temperature on the water’s surface is at its warmest and the humidity of the air is at its highest.
Of the tropical storm that occur each year in the North Atlantic, only about five, on the average, are powerful enough to be called hurricanes. To be classified as a hurricane, a tropical storm must have winds reaching speeds of at least 117 kilometers per hour, but the winds are often much stronger than that, the winds of intense hurricanes can easily surpass 240 kilometers per hour.
